The Yunyi mini speed gate installs in spaces where a standard gate won't fit — VIP lounges, bank branches, convenience stores, secondary ticket checkpoints, and narrow retrofit corridors. It saves roughly one-third of the floor area of a conventional speed gate while delivering 50 persons per minute and a sub-0.5-second opening. The Yunyi's body is approximately one-third smaller than a standard speed gate in floor area. The mixed-material chassis — aluminum alloy, carbon steel, and black acrylic side panels — keeps weight down and the profile compact. Passage width runs from 550 mm to 900 mm. Ideal for retrofit projects where the lane has a fixed ceiling and wall constraint. **Design features:**

The Yunyi ships as a gate-only unit and accepts credential modules as add-ons: card reader, QR code scanner, ID card module, and face recognition panel. Buy what the site needs — add more later. All modules connect to the ARM controller without additional hardware. **Optional credential modules:**

Anti-Crush Built In. Six Infrared Pairs as Standard.

Six infrared sensor pairs monitor the full passage. When resistance is detected mid-swing, reverse braking and three-stage torque compensation engage before contact — this is hardware-level protection, not software-only. On power cut or fire alarm signal, the gate opens and locks open; the ARM controller retains position so no recalibration is needed on restart. **Safety features:**

HOW IT WORKS

Credential In. Gate Open. 4 Steps.

Every Yunyi mini gate follows the same control flow — from credential check to passage — in under a second.

Step 1 — Identity Verification

The selected credential module — card, QR, or face recognition panel — processes the authorization signal. External button or remote control operates the gate without a module.

Step 2 — Controller Signal

The ARM control core receives the result and sends an open signal via RS485, RS232, or IO relay. Wiegand 26/34 output is available for third-party access control integration.

Step 3 — Gate Movement

The brushless motor opens the gate in under 0.5 seconds. Six infrared sensor pairs monitor the passage throughout. Throughput reaches 50 persons per minute.

Step 4 — Safety & Reset

Resistance triggers reverse braking and three-stage torque compensation. On power cut, the gate opens automatically and the ARM core retains position — no recalibration on restart.
