The Xingyun Water Drop gate uses a shared centre-column design — a single pillar supports both gate panels, cutting the footprint of a dual-lane installation significantly. It processes 50 persons per minute per lane, opens in under 0.5 seconds, and runs a 15-million-cycle brushless motor. Traditional dual-lane installations require three separate pillars. The Xingyun water drop design needs only two — the outer columns plus a single shared centre pillar that supports both lanes simultaneously. When resistance is detected mid-swing, reverse braking engages with three-stage torque compensation before the panel makes contact. Infrared sensors are available as an optional add-on for tailgate detection. Every Xingyun gate follows the same control flow — from credential check to passage — in under a second.

Step 1 — Identity Verification

The selected credential module — card, QR code, or face recognition panel — processes the authorization signal. The comparison runs on the ARM control core locally.

Step 2 — Controller Signal

The ARM industrial control core sends an open signal via RS485, RS232, or IO relay. Wiegand 26/34 output is available for third-party access control integration.

Step 3 — Gate Movement

The brushless motor opens the gate in under 0.5 seconds. The passage holds open for the configured dwell time. Throughput reaches 50 persons per minute per lane.

Step 4 — Safety & Reset

Resistance triggers reverse braking and three-stage torque compensation. On power cut, the gate opens automatically and the ARM core retains position — no recalibration on restart.
