The Xingshuo single arm gate handles passages from 550 mm to 1,700 mm — wider than any flap barrier in the range — using a stainless steel arm mounted on an aluminum alloy cylindrical body. 30 persons per minute throughput, opening in under 1.5 seconds. A 1,700 mm passage accommodates not just pedestrians but bicycles, trolleys, and small non-motorised vehicles — useful at community entrances, factory goods-in zones, and campus side gates. The passage width is configurable from 550 mm to 1,700 mm to match the site. The compact cylindrical body takes up minimal floor space. **Design features:**

The base unit ships without credential readers and accepts all recognition modules as add-ons. Add a card reader, QR scanner, ID card module, or full face recognition panel based on the security level the site requires. Gate-open signals are accepted via RS485, RS232, or IO relay. The cloud management platform and WeChat mini-program ship free with every unit. The ARM control core supports parameter encryption, firmware upgrades, and remote reset. **Integration interfaces:**

Arm Opens in an Emergency. ARM Core Remembers Where It Stopped.

On power cut or fire alarm signal, the gate opens and locks in the open position immediately. The ARM industrial controller retains the arm's absolute position — no recalibration needed on power restoration. Note: the base unit does not include infrared sensors by default; the optional 1-pair sensor add-on is recommended where automatic detection is required. **Safety features:** > **Important:** The standard unit does not include infrared anti-crush sensors. Do not allow children to play in the passage. One-person-per-pass rules must be enforced manually without the sensor option.

HOW IT WORKS

Every Xingshuo gate follows the same control flow — from credential check to passage.

Step 1 — Identity Verification

The selected credential module — card, QR, or face recognition — processes the authorization signal. Without a module fitted, an external button or remote control triggers the open signal.

Step 2 — Controller Signal

The ARM control core receives the result and sends an open signal via RS485, RS232, or IO relay. Wiegand 26/34 output connects to third-party access control software.

Step 3 — Gate Movement

The servo motor lifts the arm in under 1.5 seconds. The arm holds for the configured dwell time, then resets. Throughput reaches 30 persons per minute.

Step 4 — Safety & Reset

On power cut or fire alarm, the arm opens and locks open. The ARM core retains the arm's position — no recalibration is needed when power returns.
