JBH Mini Speed Gate — Complete Technical Specification
Credential In. Gate Open. 4 Steps.
Every Yunyi mini gate follows the same control flow — from credential check to passage — in under a second.
Step 1 — Identity Verification
The selected credential module — card, QR, or face recognition panel — processes the authorization signal. External button or remote control operates the gate without a module.
Step 2 — Controller Signal
The ARM control core receives the result and sends an open signal via RS485, RS232, or IO relay. Wiegand 26/34 output is available for third-party access control integration.
Step 3 — Gate Movement
The brushless motor opens the gate in under 0.5 seconds. Six infrared sensor pairs monitor the passage throughout. Throughput reaches 50 persons per minute.
Step 4 — Safety & Reset
Resistance triggers reverse braking and three-stage torque compensation. On power cut, the gate opens automatically and the ARM core retains position — no recalibration on restart.
What Buyers Ask Before Ordering the JBH Mini Speed Gate
Around a third less floor space. Its widest passage setting tops out at 900mm, compared with 1,200mm on the JF4 and JFX, a fair swap for a unit built to slot into tighter corridors.
No, throughput stays at 50 people a minute, matching EASCO's full-size gates. Only the physical footprint shrank, not the motor or the flow rate.

The JF4 gives you more room to work with, up to 1,200mm passage width as EASCO's general-purpose gate. The JBH gives up some of that width (capped at 900mm) in exchange for a noticeably smaller footprint, which is the whole point if the install space is the limiting factor.
