Yes. Buyers can audit the factory in person by appointment and are welcome to bring their own quality inspector. A typical visit covers the production line, the testing area, the R&D team, and sample inspection.

Applicable models carry CE marking under RED 2014/53/EU and an FCC Part 15B Supplier's Declaration of Conformity. The factory is certified to ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001. Copies of all documents ship with every order.

They are genuine, and you can verify them yourself. The CE and FCC test reports are issued by named labs (Shenzhen BKC Testing and Shenzhen DL Testing Technology), with report numbers you can confirm directly with each lab. ISO certificates issued in China can be checked on the public CNCA certification database.

Every order is built on the same line with the same jigs and QC checklists. Parts go through incoming inspection, and finished units go through an aging test and a final functional test before packing. Third party inspection before shipment is welcome on any order.

Contact EASCO engineers directly and they will diagnose the fault remotely. Parts covered under the [X year] warranty ship free from Shenzhen, and most faults are fixed by swapping a module rather than returning the whole unit.

Yes. The terminals use dual cameras with infrared fill light, so recognition works in dim lobbies and at night. For outdoor gates facing direct sunlight, use a canopy or a terminal with wide dynamic range (WDR) to keep backlit faces readable.

EASCO face terminals are rated at a false acceptance rate (FAR) of [X] and a recognition accuracy of [X%]. FAR measures how often the wrong person is accepted, so the lower the number, the more secure the device.

Palm vein readers are rated at a FAR of [X] and a false rejection rate (FRR) of [X]. Because vein patterns sit under the skin, they are very hard to copy and are not affected by dirt or worn fingertips.

The terminals use an infrared camera alongside the visible light camera to check that a live face is present. This blocks printed photos, screen replays, and most masks, without asking the user to blink or turn their head.

Most likely, yes. EASCO speed gates process up to 50 persons per minute per lane. To size your entrance, divide your peak arrivals per minute by 50, then add a lane for visitors or accessibility.

Yes, with the right model. Outdoor gates use 304 or 316 stainless steel cabinets rated [IP rating] and operate from [X °C to X °C]. Coastal sites should specify 316 stainless steel to resist salt corrosion.

The gates are designed to stop before contact. Infrared sensors detect a person in the lane, and the motor stops and reverses if it meets resistance. On power loss or a fire alarm signal, the barriers open so the lane becomes a free exit route.

EASCO speed gates detect tailgating with multiple pairs of infrared sensors. They trigger an alarm and close the barriers when a second person follows an authorized user. For sites where tailgating must be physically impossible, a full height turnstile is the stronger choice.

EASCO ANPR cameras are rated at [X%] plate recognition accuracy in daylight and at night. Accuracy depends on the camera angle, vehicle speed, and plate condition, so our engineers confirm mounting height and position during project planning.

EASCO devices run on our own management software and connect to third party platforms through the SDK and API over HTTP, WebSocket, and MQTT. Custom connection protocols can be developed for your server.

Yes. Terminals communicate over MQTT, HTTP, and WebSocket for network integration, and provide Wiegand and RS485 interfaces for wired connections to existing controllers.

Yes. EASCO turnstiles accept an open signal from any access controller through a dry contact input, and our terminals can output Wiegand to your existing panel. This lets you keep your current software and credentials.

Replace card only clock ins with face recognition. Every attendance record is then tied to the enrolled person's face, so a colleague's badge no longer works. Records include a snapshot for audit.

The ESFAT terminal combines a breath alcohol test with face recognition in one step, and alcohol detection modules can also be integrated into turnstile cabinets. It is mainly used at factories, logistics sites, and transport depots with sober shift policies.

Yes. Shifts, access groups, time windows, holidays, and door permissions are set in the management software. Custom logic can be built through the SDK for rules the software does not cover.

The device keeps working offline. Enrolled faces and access rules are stored locally, entries are logged on the device, and records sync to the server when the connection returns.

Yes. EASCO engineers train your installers by video call on anchoring, wiring, and commissioning, and train admins on software setup. Every order includes wiring diagrams and English manuals.

OEM means we manufacture an EASCO product under your brand, with your logo, colors, and packaging. ODM means we design a new product to your specification, from structure and molds to electronics and firmware.

You can customize the logo, color and finish, barrier panels, lane width, reader modules, housing, boot screen, launcher, and language packs. The core drive and mainboard stay standard to preserve proven reliability.

A first sample typically takes 25 to 40 days from approved drawings, and bulk production follows 30 to 45 days after sample approval. A mutual NDA is signed before any files are exchanged.

We build to your specification. Our engineers review your drawings for feasibility and tell you if any detail would affect reliability, cost, or certification, then leave the decision to you.

EASCO has delivered OEM and ODM projects for international clients, including 900 mm accessible speed gates, thermal screening terminals, and subway flap barrier gates. References can be shared where clients permit.

A flap barrier uses short retractable wings and suits compact, high traffic entrances such as transit stations. A speed gate uses taller glass swing or sliding panels, offers wider lanes and a more premium look, and suits corporate lobbies and government buildings.

A tripod turnstile uses three rotating arms. It is rugged, low cost, and suited to factories and outdoor sites with moderate traffic. An EASCO cylindrical turnstile is a speed gate with round pillar cabinets and motorized barriers, built for faster, quieter throughput in lobbies.

Iris is the most secure, followed by palm vein and then face recognition. Face recognition is the fastest and most convenient for high traffic entrances. Palm vein suits sites where masks or helmets are worn, and iris suits restricted rooms where a false match is unacceptable.

Yes. The Android terminal stores users, verifies identity, and sends the open signal to the gate directly, so a single lane can run standalone. A server is only needed for central management across multiple lanes or sites.

EASCO gates use brushless DC motors with a mean cycles between failures (MCBF) rating of 10 million cycles. In factory rig testing, that equals about 15 years of normal operation.
