The EASCO full height turnstile is a fully enclosed cross-arm gate — 2,200 mm tall, SUS304 stainless steel, servo drive. It physically prevents climbing over and crawling under in a way that waist-height gates cannot. Built for construction sites, factories, industrial parks, prisons, and school campuses where strict one-person-one-pass access control is non-negotiable.

At 2,200 mm tall, the cross-arm barrier reaches above head height — a physical deterrent, not just an electronic one. The hydraulic-arm one-piece stainless steel molding process gives the body structural integrity without visible welds or gaps that could be used as footholds. HOW IT WORKS

Credential In. Cross-Arm Rotates. One Person Through. 4 Steps.

Step 1 — Identity Verification

The peripheral device verifies the credential and sends a relay switch signal to the gate controller.

Step 2 — Controller Signal

The gate controller receives the relay signal and releases the cross-arm for one 90° rotation.

Step 3 — Gate Movement

The servo drive rotates the cross-arm 90° in 1–2 seconds. One person passes through. The arm immediately re-locks. No second person can follow without a second authorization.

Step 4 — Safety & Reset

Infrared anti-pinch monitoring runs throughout. On power cut or fire alarm, the mechanism releases for free rotation — egress is unrestricted in emergencies.
