Deposit received, design starts
Industrial design, structural drawings and PCB layout run in parallel. You review 3D renderings before anything is cut.

Rapid tooling and hand-built samples on the production line, assembled with the same jigs used for bulk orders.
Sample received by client, testing starts
You test in your own environment. We supply the test protocol, firmware builds and remote engineering support.
Sample unit confirmed
Golden sample sealed, BOM frozen, and the QC checklist written against the approved unit.
Bulk production started
Hard tooling released, production scheduled, and each batch inspected against the sealed sample before shipment.

Customization changes the parts you see and the modules you standardise on, without re-opening the mechanics.
Passage width
Standard 550–600 mm lanes, wide 900 mm accessible lanes, or any width in between for luggage, wheelchair and trolley traffic.
Panel design
Cabinet length, profile, top-cover shape and barrier type re-drawn to your architectural language — glass swing, sliding, or full-height.
Color customization
Brushed or mirror stainless, powder coating in any RAL reference, PVD bronze, champagne and matte black finishes.
Logo adding
Laser etching, silk-screen, UV print or backlit logo on the top cover, side panel or LED indicator area.
Use of designated modules
We integrate the reader you already standardise on — wiring, cut-outs and firmware handled on our side.
Customization for facial
recognition device
The terminal carries your brand and reads the credentials your sites already use — same algorithm, same certifications, different face.
Logo adding
Silk-screen or UV-printed logo on the bezel, plus your brand on the boot screen and standby wallpaper.

Housing, bezel and bracket finished in your brand colour — matte, gloss or anodised aluminium.

Extra reading modules built into the same housing, with a single cable back to your controller.
Installation methods
Pick a mounting option to see what changes on the bracket and cabling.
Bracket, cut-out and finish matched to the gate cabinet so the terminal reads as one product, wired and commissioned before the gate leaves the factory.
SDK / API development
Our devices are rarely the whole system. We hand over libraries, documented endpoints and an engineer who joins your calls until the integration passes your tests.

The Android layer on the terminal is ours to change. Your installer switches on a device that has never shown another brand.
Boot animation
Your logo and animation from power-on, plus custom standby screen, idle carousel and success/failure prompts.
